The subscription automatically provides you with the new
features and fixes, and also provides you with support from
the Incisive Helpdesk.
Application installation, web server and security
configuration, and other tasks associated with enabling the
application, are charged for separately.
The amount of
work required to enable the inTOUCH application will depend on
the configuration of your existing hardware and network system.
